Service by Mail
Serve your documents by mail:
Documents are mailed within 1-2 business days of your order being submitted
Service by mail is performed in accordance with:
CCP § 1013 and CCP § 2015.5 (California Code of Civil Procedure)
Proof of Service returned to you:
Within 24-72 hours of mailing (longer if serving a Summons per CCP § 415.30)
Please note that certain documents cannot be served by mail, and may require personal service instead:
